(I have no idea what that is about).
In the upper right corner, listed is "Sample room on Main Street at KLAPPROTH BUILDING " .
CONDITION:
It has normal letter folds, visible toning, minor edge flaws and is in good condition.  The white "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
