This is a HAND WRITTEN & SIGNED LETTER from J. H. BUHLER in ROWLETT, TEXAS in the year 1917.    It has normal letter folds and is in pretty good condition with a tattered top edge.  The content of the letter pertains to a potential Red River County land deal with Mr. W. J. Wilson of Lamasco, TX.   This letter is addressed to Zack Smith of Bonham, Texas... Zack was one of the owners of one of Texas' oldest hardware stores.  It was 110 year old when it closed in 2011.  The store was called Smith, Moore & Williams in Bonham, TX.  Antique Rowlett paper is extremely RARE.
SOLD AS IS.  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letterhead.
