Approximate size is 8" X 10".  The "EBAY ITEM" thing is just a loose piece of paper that is not attached to the letter.

Dear Sir, Would you trade the 10,600 acres in Hudspeth County for farm land and town property located in Floyd County?  If not what lease do you want for the land?
